Day 1:
Arrival at Kronlund Kursgård
We welcome you in our lovely restaurant, and we give you a summery of what your week will look like. You will enjoy a warm meal, and the the winter adventure can begin!
Day 2
Snowshoewalk
Step into your snowshoes and head into the winter wilderness, where forest paths lead you across a frozen river and deeper into the snow-covered landscape. Along the way, stories are shared and silence is savored. A hearty lunch in a warm grill hut brings everyone together, turning this snowy adventure into a truly special experience.
Day 3
Dogsledding
After a hearty breakfast, the adventure begins as you meet our furry friends. Snuggle close, learn the rhythm of the huskies, and feel the thrill of racing across the snowy landscape as one united team. Paired with a satisfying lunch and wonderful company, this unforgettable day will stay with you long after the snow settles.
Day 4
Excursion: Lycksele
Discover Lycksele on a day trip filled with nature, winter activities, and history. Wander through the nature park, glide across the frozen river on skates, and take time to enjoy outstanding coffee at the cozy Buddha’s Café. Known as the northernmost city where the Sami once traded with the Swedes, Lycksele blends Arctic wilderness with stories from the past for a truly enriching experience.
Day 5
Ice skating
Strap on your skates and follow an 8.5-kilometer ice trail that winds through a stunning winter setting. The steady rhythm of skating, the open expanse of ice, and the quiet beauty of the season combine to create a truly unforgettable journey across the frozen landscape.
Day 6
Aurora Husky Hike
Walk hand in paw with a husky through the stillness of the winter night, guided only by starlight and snow. As the sky comes alive, watch for the magnificent Northern Lights shimmering and dancing above you, creating a moment of pure Arctic magic.
Day 7
Visit the Sami and his reindeer
Step into Sami life for a day, meeting their friendly reindeer and learning about the rich culture and traditions of this unique Arctic people. Feed the reindeer with your own hands, hear stories passed down through generations, and savor a traditional reindeer lunch surrounded by snowy landscapes. A truly memorable and authentic experience.
Day 8
Departure
After a week filled with snowy adventures, cozy meals, and unforgettable encounters, it’s time to say farewell. Enjoy a final breakfast surrounded by the winter landscape, take one last stroll or glance at the serene surroundings, and reflect on the memories you’ve made. Though it’s time to depart, the magic of the Arctic and the joy of your experiences will stay with you long after you leave.
